State of the Art – [Peewee Longway]

Atlanta residents have a lot to be proud of in terms of music, as the list of talented MCs to pop from the city truly never ends. Without further do, added to this list is Peewee Longway, who just dropped his highly anticipated mixtape, State of the Art, last Friday featuring the likes of Gucci Mane, Young Nudy, Quavo and Offset, Maxo Kream, and Plies. The tape already has found itself on heavy rotation as it features braggadocios bars over trunk-rattling trap production, and if not anything else, it makes it known that Peewee Longway truly is consistency personified. With State of the Art, he stacks his verses with quotable lyrics and effortlessly entertains throughout, keeping his 2018 win streak on an insuppressible rise. Also notable, this is Peewee Longway’s second mixtape release of the year, following up his heavily praised, Spaghetti Factory released in early April. Be sure to stream Peewee Longway’s new mixtape, State of the Art, below and tell us what you think of the talented MC in the comment section!

Hot Wings Are A Girl’s Best Friend – [2 Chainz]

Tity Boi himself has followed through on his promise of new music which he made on Twitter Thursday morning. 2 Chainz returned with a two-pack of singles titled, Hot Wings Are A Girl’s Best Friend featuring a single feature from Ty Dolla $ign. This is the first offering we receive from the College Park rapper since his collaborative single, “Bigger Than You,” with Drake and Quavo released back in July. The two-pack delivers on both ends of  2 Chainz artistic ability; “Hot Wings” is trap heavy, filled with braggadocios bars and an infectious hook, “Girl’s Best Friend” finds Chainz adding his flavor to a low-tempo track with an angelic Ty Dolla feature. The two-pack is set to hold us over until 2 Chainz releases his fifth, highly anticipated album, Rap Or Go To The League. Listen to the two new songs below and tell us what you think in the comment section!

Last Memory – [Takeoff]

No more than a week after Quavo dropped off his self-titled Quavo Huncho album,  Migos fans were ecstatic to hear the news that Takeoff was next up in-line for a project of his own. Entitled The Last Rocket set for release next week, we have been given our first look in the new song & visual for Last Memory that instantly sets the hype for the days to come. Ringing with production from MonstaBeatz, the cutthroat offering is brought to life in this lavish cut that sees the youngest of the Migos sporting a subtle flex in a castle while a handful of guards escort him throughout the spot. Bad women, expensive bottles and even a statue of Takeoff to rub it in, you simply can’t take in this video without itching for The Last Rocket to drop on your head. Nonetheless, let the new single from Takeoff bless your weekend and stay posted for his new album on November, 2nd!

Bigger Than You – [2 Chainz] Ft. [Quavo] & [Drake]

Fans of 2 Chainz have been patiently waiting for his next project Rap or Go to the League and to briefly hold down the avid listeners, he has dropped the new visuals for his single Bigger Than You featuring Quavo & Drake. Taking it back to their days at elementary, the trio including the child-version of Murda Beatz can be seen turning up the school library to 100 while each taking turns with their respective verses between a rattling hook from Quavo that sets the tone of the track immediately. Mobbing hallways, tying up their teachers and causing all havoc, the Nathan R. Smith-directed cut comes packed with all the energy and entertainment you could ask for from a group of rap star lookalikes. Don’t believe me? Get in-tune with all the antics in the video for Bigger Than You below and let us know if you’ll be the first to stream the Rap or Go to the League tape following its release. Directed by Nathan R. Hot Summer – [DJ Durel] x [Migos]

Setting off on the co-headlining ‘Aubrey & Three Migos’ tour with Drake last month, the Atlanta super trio is back with DJ Durel to reenergize the Summer vibes in the latest cut for, Hot Summer. Directed by Gabriel Hart, the vibrant visuals look to be something out of a 90’s TV show with the likes of Quavo, Offset & Takeoff joining Durel for a street party with boomboxes, rollerskates and just about all the fluorescent clothing you could probably handle in one sitting. While you may be familiar with the three members who make up the Migos, DJ Durel has played a large part in the production for some of the groups biggest hits including Narcos, Motorsport & Dab of Ranch to name a few. With that said, you’d best check out the new video for Hot Summer below and stay tuned for the next cook up from Migos and DJ Durel! Directed by Gabriel Hart

Lamb Talk – [Quavo]

Chances are you’ve never seen this many Lambo’s in one place until you’ve taken in Quavo’s newest cut for, Lamb Talk. Included in the trio of singles from the Migos frontman last week, the sportscar-inspired track was brought to the big screen with Keemotions & Quavo behind the lens of arguably the most expensive video to date, but mostly due to the choice of cars. With cameos from QC mates Offset & Lil Baby as well, the entire visual revolves around the Italian sports car with Quavo unleashing his firesome verses while cruising the streets in just about every color of Lamb you could possibly imagine. It’s only a matter of time until the next cut for one of Quavo’s new tracks so until then, let the visual for Lamb Talk get you in your feelings of expensive whips you can’t afford. A film by Keemotions & Quavo

Listen to a three-pack of new singles from Quavo

Migos’ commercial album CULTURE II may have dropped at the beginning of the year, but that doesn’t mean the trio of Quavo, Offset & Takeoff have taken any days off. After appearing on Travis Scott’s Astroworld record, the likes of Captain Quavo is back without warning for a three-pack of new tracks titled Workin Me, Bubble Gum & Lamb Talk that all hold potential to be stuck on the repeat button. With go-to producer Buddah Bless handling the production for Bubble Gum and Lamb Talk, none-other-than Murda Beatz provided the sauce for Workin Me that was undoubtedly the highlight of the three, and why wouldn’t it be with Murda on the beat? Having said that, get right into new music from Quavo below and look out for more from the other two-thirds of Migos very soon!
