Better Late Than Forever-[Riovaz]

I’m just going to cut to the chase; Riovaz is one of the most talented artists I’ve gotten the chance to listen to in a minute and today he’s hopping on our blog for the release of his new EP called, “Better Late Than Forever”; a 5 song project that showcases every bit of talent Rio has, while foreshadowing all of the great things he’s got in the works. A lot of our readers are probably already familiar with him, but just in case you’re not…Riovaz is an 18-year-old artist who hails from Jersey City, NJ. I’m not too familiar with the music scene out there, but Rio has motivated me to dive deeper into it since he is definitely putting that area on the map with the art he’s making right now. I first was made aware of this promising up and comer after the success of songs like, “Prom Night” & “I Feel Fantastic” which immediately made me a fan. Prom Night-[Riovaz]

“Prom Night” by Riovaz is a song that you all need to hear ASAP. The upbeat and energetic track actually dropped last year in May, but that’s the good thing about music; it transcends time and eras. If it’s good, it’s good and that will always overpower anything else. This infectious offering is brought to us by an artist who goes by the name of Riovaz. The 17-year-old New Jersey native may be young, but his music is so well-polished that you would think he’s been doing this stuff forever. From the moment you turn this one on, you’ll instantly fall in love with his style and confidence that just exudes through every verse, hook and guitar strum. As an overall piece, this thing is just a good track that will make you want to get up and dance or take a long ride through the city with your windows down. If Riovaz keeps making music like this, then it’s evident that he’ll be turning more and more heads as time goes on. I’ve attached the Spotify link down below, so peep “Prom Night” and let us know what you think!
