Favorite Girl – [Kye Colors]

Kye Colors is a one-of-a-kind talent, he’s still in the very early stages of his career, but he understands that putting out quality content is the most important thing for him to do. Today, Kye Colors is back on our website with his brand new music video for “Favorite Girl”. He dropped this release on Valentine’s day, which was a very fitting time for this one to come out, and it’s a well-directed visual that compliments the song perfectly. I plan on getting Kye Colors back up to Chicago sometime soon for another interview with him, so subscribe to The Lemonade Stand to be updated when that first releases. For now though, watch this brand new music video below. Directed by Kendu

Nike Boy Freestyle – [Kye Colors]

Kansas City creative Kye Colors is one of the best artists out of the midwest, he’s still in the early stages of his career, but I believe when it’s all said and done, he will be one of the greatest artists from KC of all time. Recently, Kye Colors unleashed his new music video for his “Nike Boy Freestyle”, and it is simply amazing. The first thing that caught my attention on this joint was the soulful instrumental before Kye jumped on the beat and floated for two minutes straight. I am excited to see what 2021 has in store for Kye, hopefully, he can come by the Lyrical Lemonade office again for another interview, keep your fingers crossed! Watch this brand new visual below. Talk About It – [Kye Colors]

I have been a huge advocate of Kansas City emcee Kye Colors over the past few years, he’s an extremely skilled rapper who in my opinion is the star of his city, and today he is back on our site with the release of his brand new music video for “Talk About It”. This record was the single off of his recent album With Love By Faith, and it was arguably my favorite song off of that tracklist, so I was more than glad to see it get the proper visual that it deserved. I have a good feeling that 2021 will be a pivotal year for Kye, I am excited to see what he has up his sleeve. Watch this brand new visual below!

Only God Knows – [Kye Colors]

Kye Colors is one of my favorite artists out of the midwest, he is without a doubt my favorite artist out of Kansas City, and today he is back with a brand new music video for “Only God Knows”. Earlier this year (pre-pandemic) when Kye Colors came up to Chicago for a show, he stopped by the Lyrical Lemonade office for an interview, and while on that trip he connected with video director Mike Del Rosario to make this visual + they did a fantastic job if you ask me. This song was off of Kye’s new project With Love By Faith that just dropped not too long ago, so after you watch this video, I highly suggest you head to your preferred streaming platform + listen to that tape. Go ahead and watch this brand new music video below!

With Love. By Faith – [Kye Colors]

Kye Colors is a young talent who I have been a fan of for a minute now, a few years to be exact, and ever since I first got familiar with him I have been eagerly awaiting a full-length project from him. Lucky for me, Kye Colors finally dropped a new project a few days ago titled “With Love By Faith”. I have had this project in heavy rotation on my speakers + in my headphones, it’s the best material that Kye Colors has made without a doubt, and it’s a well put together body of work. There are ten songs on this tracklist and the duration of the tape is just under thirty minutes in length, it’s just the perfect length if you ask me as Kye provided a closer look at what Kansas City music is all about. I loved this tape and I believe that you will too, stream it via Spotify below!

Come Back Home – [Kye Colors]

Kye Colors is an artist out of Kansas City that I have been covering on our website for a couple of years now, he is a standout talent in Missouri and today he is back with his brand new music video for “Come Back Home”. If you know Kye Colors, then you already know that he can rap with the best of them, it’s not uncommonly to see him kicking cutthroat bars in his raps. However, this joint here shows more versatility from the young star, he’s still rapping memorable bars but it’s a more melodic release overall, it showcases his singing abilities in a great way. The video features Kye + a love interest at certain parts, and then at other times shows him riding around the streets of KC. What I Look Like – [Kye Colors]

Kye Colors is an artist who I have had a close eye for a minute now, he has shown flashes of great potential in the past, and today he is back on our website with his brand new offering titled “What I Look Like”. Anybody who knows anything about Kye Colors knows that he’s unmatched when it comes to making player type of anthems, he’s a pure emcee who delivers catchy rhymes + can shit talk with the best of them, and that combination seems to be doing very well for him. Kye Colors has had a rapidly growing fan base over the past few months, he’s somewhat of a local celebrity in Kansas City right now, and I predict that he will continue to become big in different cities across the country. Supa Freak – [Kye Colors]

Kye Colors is someone who I have been giving high praise to here on our lemon filled pages for a few years now, but especially over the last six months or so, and today he is back on our website with his brand new offering titled “Supafreak”. When Kye Colors was in Chicago a few months ago for a show, I had him stop by the Lyrical Lemonade office for an interview, and after the conversation + some pickup basketball, we sat down and he played me some of his unreleased music. Out of the handful of songs that he showed me, there was a standout track that I couldn’t have enjoyed more, and that song was just released bu him, and he titled it “Supa Freak”. This version of the song is certainly newer than the original that I had heard, and it sounds even better than it did before, it’s more polished and the production + vocals sound smoother. This record is another example of how good of a storyteller that Kye Colors is, it’s based around a girl that he seemingly grew up with, and how they reconnected + the struggles that she faces. I loved this …

Come Back Home – [Kye Colors]

Kansas City standout Kye Colors has been impressing me with his music releases for some years now, and today he is back on our website with his latest track, “Come Back Home”. When I first heard the snippet of this song that he dropped on social media a couple of weeks ago, I knew it was was going to be a hit just from the forty seconds or so, but now that I’m hearing the full song, it’s even better than I imagined. Kye has always created melodic records, but this new joint is on another level, he cooked up a super hot hook + matched it with a couple complimentary verses that were just as ear-pleasing. Take a couple minutes out of your Monday to stream this brand new tune below and if you enjoy it then keep up with Kye Colors by following him on Twitter here!
