Hush – [Corey Ellis] X [Dizzy Wright]

Let’s be honest, everybody knows someone that never seems to shut their mouth. Maine’s very own Corey Ellis breaks the silence on his latest release titled, ‘Hush.’ The rapper articulates his discontentedness with those that frequently talk big game. Las Vegas rapper and familiar name Dizzy Wright delivers a bold feature aimed directly at those who are envious of him. The track, produced by 94, holds electric energy, leaving listeners’ speakers blasting. The collaboration between NovaWave Records and Still Movin’ has fans engulfed in excitement from Las Vegas to the East Coast. ‘Hush,’ is the ideal record to send to someone that just needs to stop talking. Plain and simple. Listen to, ‘Hush,’ here:  Words by Barry R

Funhouse Mirror – [Marlon Craft]

Personally, I’ve been following the long and exciting journey of Marlon Craft for several years. The NY based rapper has evolved from throwing up classic hip-hop remixes on Facebook and YouTube into an artist capable of offering some of hottest bars in hip-hop on an original and refreshing new album. Funhouse Mirror, Craft’s debut album, contains a plethora of impressive flows, lyrics and production and includes features from Nyck Caution, Dizzy Wright and more. Craft’s effortless delivery, intricate rhythms and multiple cadences are proof that the young emcee is more than capable of running with the best. Already acknowledged as one of the strongest lyricists in New York, Marlon Craft is destined for greatness with this one. Words by Barry R

Let It Burn – [Demrick] ft. [Dizzy Wright] & [Euro]

Still Movin unleashed some new heat out the vault today as Demrick grabs Dizzy Wright & Euro for a jazzy new track called “Let It Burn.” Demrick kicks things off with a fiery verse of his own, followed by Dizzy and Euro who tag themselves in to pile on their own verbal onslaughts. Listen to this smooth new record below and let us know what you think. Produced by: The Undefeated

Ghetto N*gga – [Dizzy Wright]

Flint, Michigan’s own Dizzy Wright continues his Still Movin’ Mondays series with a fresh new record titled “Ghetto N*igga,” and it may just be the best one yet. With production from Roc N Mayne and Shy Beats, Dizzy hopped on the old-school beat flawlessly as he reflected on his early life of playing basketball, hide-and-seek and watching his Mom go through tough times. I probably don’t have to get into detail about Dizzy’s lyrical expertise, but I can tell you that the folks over at Still Movin’ Records have some of the hottest upcoming lyricists including Demrick & Reezy who have both dropped fire in the past Monday releases. On that note, be sure to press play on “Ghetto N*gga” below and peep the Still Movin’ Soundcloud playlist so far right here.

Word On The Streetz – [Dizzy Wright]

There’s no debating that Dizzy Wright remains one of the hottest lyricists in the music scene, and today the Michigan native let loose an amazing new track titled “Word On The Streetz,” marking the fourteenth track from his Still Movin’ weekly series. The Alex Lustig-produced record sees’s Wright unleashing his fast-paced, inspirational verses over a relaxed old-school beat that is a trademark of Dizzy’s style. Adding on to that, it looks as if the former Funk Volume signee has saved the best for last in the “Still Movin Monday’s” series, as this joint was easily one of the standouts so far alongside “FFL” and “East Side.” Nonetheless, keep tabs on Dizzy Wright as he continues to make 2017 his year, but for now, press play on “Word On The Streetz” and look out for the remaining series-tracks over the next few weeks!

FFL – [Dizzy Wright]

Flint, Michigan’s Dizzy Wright has just let loose a brand new track titled “FFL,” and this one hits right in the feels due to it’s impactful message of love, devotion and family. The MLB-produced track rides a smooth, piano-laced beat in which Dizzy delivers his charismatic verses on caring for his son and expressing his opinion on fake love. The title really says it all, but I’ll let you figure that out. Make sure to press play on “FFL” below and let us know if you’re rocking with it in the comments.

On The Way – [Dizzy Wright] ft. [Demrick] & [Reezy]

Flint, Michigan’s Dizzy Wright is one of the hottest lyrical talents in today’s hip-hop scene; and he has just unleashed his first track of the year titled “On The Way” featuring Demrick and Reezy. In this one, Dizzy is doing what he does best and delivers some of the smoothest bars I’ve come across in 2017, and that’s no joke. The MLB-produced track has a jazzy feeling to it which happens to be a regular occurrence in Dizzy-tracks that need to be heard once or twice before you can really understand the message behind his verses. I won’t spoil it for you though, so press play on the new joint below and look out for more Dizzy Wright music throughout this year.

Swishers & Moscato – [SlimTheG]

Slim made his Lyrical Lemonade debut a couple months back with “Moon Goon,” which he actually just released the music video for that tune around a week ago, you can check that out here. Hes been plenty busy ever since, whether it be opening up for Funk Volumes own Dizzy Wright, or releasing three records in nearly a weeks time. Today, Slim gives us his brand new track titled “Swishers & Moscato,” which is self produced & heck he even made the cover art himself. You gotta give this guy shot, take a listen below & be sure to follow Slim on Soundcloud.

Moon Goon – [SlimTheG]

SlimTheG is a Chicago based rapper in a crew called “Superhero Villains,” who have opened for the likes of Dizzy Wright, MGK, & Tech N9ne.  A few days back he dropped the title track off of his upcoming solo project “Moon Goon,” the tune is very uplifting & has positive vibes all around.  This record is fairly impressive in my opinion, not to mention that Slim produced and mixed the song himself.  Check out “Moon Goon” below, and keep up with Slims movement by following him on Twitter & Soundcloud. The Growing Process – [Dizzy Wright]

Las Vegas emcee, Dizzy Wright, first caught my attention with “Killem Wit Kindness” back in 2013, the track spoke to me with much more meaning than most did during the drill-heavy times.  A few days back Dizzy gave us his new album “The Growing Process,” which I feel has been easily overlooked due to “A.L.L.A” & “Surf” dropping in the past week.  The sixteen track project includes features from Hopsin, Njomza, Modsun, Tech N9ne, Big K.R.I.T. and more.  Give it a listen below on Funk Volumes YouTube page & follow Dizzy Wright on Twitter here.
