Handouts – [Kai Ca$h] ft. [Pusha T]

Recently appearing on Hot 97 and Sway in the morning, New York native Kai Ca$h has recently released an impressive stream of singles. Following up his success with a project, Birth in the Borough, the rapper prides himself on the city he comes from on his single, “Handouts.” With a rare assist from Pusha T, this track is the obvious standout song of the project. Lyrical in his delivery, Kai makes it clear that he does not want any pity and he certainly does not want any handouts. With tremendous grit in his voice, the rapper knows his worth and proves it with his lyrics: “They wantin’ me to sign, too low, huh I’m not near selling my soul, huh My eyes wide open, stay woke, uh And stack, I ain’t going back broke.” Throughout the track, Kai walks you through the essence of what it means and feels like to be from his borough of New York, something not too many artists are capable of making a listener feel. Fluently showcasing his ability to flow with the best in the game, the young emcee has gotten head nods from Hip-Hop legends such as King Push and Diddy. “Handouts,” produced …

Stay Woke – [2 Chainz]

Just a few minutes ago one of the biggest emcees in the game 2 Chainz blessed us with a brand new freestyle track titled “Stay Woke”. It won’t take more than a couple seconds for this track to grab your upmost attention, 2 Chainz rhymed over a couple classic instrumentals that you will definitely be familiar with, and I must say that he absolutely tore this beat apart! What else would we expect from 2 Chainz at this point though, he has been a reputation for being one of the best artists in the world for destroying tracks, and this new joint is no let down. Hot Wings Are A Girl’s Best Friend – [2 Chainz]

Tity Boi himself has followed through on his promise of new music which he made on Twitter Thursday morning. 2 Chainz returned with a two-pack of singles titled, Hot Wings Are A Girl’s Best Friend featuring a single feature from Ty Dolla $ign. This is the first offering we receive from the College Park rapper since his collaborative single, “Bigger Than You,” with Drake and Quavo released back in July. The two-pack delivers on both ends of  2 Chainz artistic ability; “Hot Wings” is trap heavy, filled with braggadocios bars and an infectious hook, “Girl’s Best Friend” finds Chainz adding his flavor to a low-tempo track with an angelic Ty Dolla feature. The two-pack is set to hold us over until 2 Chainz releases his fifth, highly anticipated album, Rap Or Go To The League. Listen to the two new songs below and tell us what you think in the comment section!

Bigger Than You – [2 Chainz] Ft. [Quavo] & [Drake]

Fans of 2 Chainz have been patiently waiting for his next project Rap or Go to the League and to briefly hold down the avid listeners, he has dropped the new visuals for his single Bigger Than You featuring Quavo & Drake. Taking it back to their days at elementary, the trio including the child-version of Murda Beatz can be seen turning up the school library to 100 while each taking turns with their respective verses between a rattling hook from Quavo that sets the tone of the track immediately. Mobbing hallways, tying up their teachers and causing all havoc, the Nathan R. Smith-directed cut comes packed with all the energy and entertainment you could ask for from a group of rap star lookalikes. Don’t believe me? Get in-tune with all the antics in the video for Bigger Than You below and let us know if you’ll be the first to stream the Rap or Go to the League tape following its release. Directed by Nathan R. Smith

Stay Dangerous – [YG]

Along with the releases from Mac Miller & Travis Scott today, YG also joined in on the fun and delivered his next album Stay Dangerous that is certainly no slouch to his peers. 15 tracks deep, the Bompton native brought along an all-star cast of A$AP Rocky, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Quavo, NBA Youngboy and others with production from Mustard, Kj Santana, TM88, MP 808, BOUVE, Lil Rich and many more who helped provide the sauce throughout. It’s hard to believe that we are 2 years separated from the Still Brazy album and while that record was a classic, I’m more-than-certain YG fans will have a handful of hits to get through. That being said, get into the Stay Dangerous album below and let us know which cut you’re rocking to most in the comments below!

Plug Walk (Remix) – [Rich The Kid] Ft. [Gucci Mane] [YG] & [2 Chainz]

If you thought for a second that Rich The Kid’s colossal Plug Walk record couldn’t get any bigger, he is back today after enlisting some of hip-hop’s finest in Gucci Mane, YG & 2 Chainz for the remix. Kicking off with an icy alternate verse from the Rich Forever CEO, the likes of Guwop and company blessed the remaining spots with ecstatic verses before the spacey instrumental rides out from who-else but TheLabCook. Rich certainly isn’t a stranger to being apart of hit-worthy remixes as you may remember him dropping a verse on Lil Xan’s Betrayed remix that also included Yo Gotti back in March, but not only is this a massive remix but quite possibly the biggest of the year so far. Having said that, let loose the Plug Walk remix below and stay tuned for more from Rich The Kid as we get settled into the Summer heat.
