After immediate success of his latest project, Artist 2.0, A Boogie wit da Hoodie could seemingly not be stopped. He rose atop the charts once again, with several songs appealing to both mainstream hip-hop and long-time fans of the New York native.

One of his most versatile tracks, “Me and My Guitar,” is one where he pours out emotion and regret, speaking of relationship experience and dedication to his music. This track is a rock-inspired joint with obvious other hip-hop influence – and whatever category you want to put it in – Boogie kills it.

What’s even more impressive than the song and the project, is this recent release of Boogie’s live session on Genius, where he performs this masterpiece live. Nowadays, so many artists rely on post-project studio engineering, that it is incredibly refreshing to see an artist with his talent get in front of a camera and perform a compelling track so flawlessly.
