The 29-year-old rapper and songwriter Blackie Chan has spent the last seven years putting in work and building a name for himself within the industry. Supported by close friends and influential people like Young Breed, Rick Ross, Gunplay, and Tafia, Chan was inspired to become a rapper. Growing up in Miami Gardens aka Murder Gardens, it wasnāt easy making it out of a neighborhood with limited opportunities. However, the independent artistās life experiences fueled his desire to pour his feelings into his music.
