No matter what kind of music you make, you have a story to tell, a past that has made you into the person you are today, and a message to share with fans. Basically, you have a platform to be whoever you want to be, but it’s up to you to control the narrative and make sure that what you’re saying is going to be conveyed the way you want people to experience it. For Crazyboybray, I am not entirely familiar with his past or even the present considering I can’t find too much information on the emcee, but what I have found has shown me that he has a consistently amassing following of loyal fans that are rooting for him every step of the way.

My first taste of his music, at least to my current knowledge, is his record “Criticizing”, and one listen is all it took for me to realize that he isn’t here to play games by any sense of the phrase. In this track, the piano notes used are incredible considering the high-pitched keys play off of the deeper, more intimidating notes as the bass drums just kick you in the stomach in the best possible way. As entertaining as the instrumental is, though, it doesn’t hold a candle to Bray as he appears to be in attack mode with his words.

I say this because he is not only sharing some aggressively ruthless lyrics about how you can’t mess with him or his crew without paying the price, but the way he delivers these lines is as honest and buoyant as I could’ve ever hoped for. His voice sounds somewhat reminiscent of some other hitmakers in this industry, but his differentiating qualities make me realize that comparisons would just undercut his skillset, so if you’re as intrigued by Crazyboybray as I became after checking out “Criticizing”, then I highly encourage you to tap in with as much of his other music as you can!
