“419 Love” is the newest visual from Chicago underground artist, Monster Mike, who actually co-produced the song with frequent collaborator, Linus. Jose Franco from Destination Visuals did an excellent job shooting and editing the rare footage of Mike smoking a fat wood and letting out some gritty wisdom in every bar. Some Chicagoans may be old enough to remember the freestyles with Chance the Rapper during the early Jones College Prep days, which makes Mike a veteran on the scene and we have watched him steadily gain notoriety for his brutally honest lyrics and relatable druggy raps. Monster Mike is hitting 2018 in high octane mode by linking up with underground go-to producer, Luke Almighty, to release a collaboration EP titled For The Sport on Febuary 18th but until then run the video for “419 Love” up and get ready for a year of unrelenting hits from the 19 General.
