Salma Slims is one of the most promising upcoming emcees, and with the powerhouse that is Private Club Records behind her, the sky is the limit. This is the reason why I’m always excited when we get some new music from her, and today we got blessed with a brand new visual for “100 Racks”. This record was off of her “Ghetto Girl Dream” EP that dropped back in 2016, and it’s very impressive to say the least. Salma is currently working on her next EP “Left Out” due this Fall. “I named the project ‘Left Out’ because I feel like I works so hard, but I’m still heavily slept on,” she explains. “I often feel like I’m in the shadows of my collective, so it’s time to really prove I deserve attention in my own right as the first and only female of Private Club.” 2017 has been a huge step forward in her career, and it doesn’t look like she’s slowing down any time soon.
